Return Policy

S&S Jewelry does not offer refunds or returns.  

However, we will replace an item if received damaged or broken within three (3) days of tracking received date. 

S&S Jewelry is not responsible for lost packages.  Replacement pieces or refunds will not be issued for such instances.  If you would like to insure your package or require a signature for delivery, there will be an additional charge and separate invoice sent at your request only.
